Return and Refund Policy

We have a no-question ask return policy. You will be charged 15% of re-stocking fees on the invoiced MRP.

Return of products usually takes 2-3 business days.

Return requests accepted within 4 days of product receipt. Please return items in original packaging with all accessories intact.

Kindly return the product(s) to the nearest store/warehouse. Customer will be responsible for transportation or courier charges.

We will conduct verification and checks on returned products for legitimacy.

It takes 7 to 9 working days for us to process the refund when we receive the same in good condition.

To issue a credit note against the returned items (perfect condition), it could take up to 2 business days.

It usually takes 20-25 working days for you to receive a refund in your bank account.
